Zines
Each of my printable zines fits on a single sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper.
“A zine (/ziːn/ ZEEN; short for magazine or fanzine) is a small-circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via a copy machine. Zines are the product of either a single person or of a very small group, and are popularly photocopied into physical prints for circulation.” - Wikipedia
I learned almost everything I know about making books from Esther K. Smith's "How To Make Books." Thanks, Esther! You’ll find this style—the “instant book” on page 15.
I attach E.K. Smith’s handy, folding guide on almost all the the .pdf files linked below – that way you’ll know how to fold the book you print or how to make your own from scratch! Happy folding!
